Intensive Training Class: This class for parents and advocates is focused on all things discipline. We will walk through understanding the laws related to the discipline of special education students, the requirements for Manifestation Determination Reviews, and how to deal with requests for Expulsion. We will cover how best to prepare for and successfully navigate an MDR or Expulsion Hearing for both parents and advocates.
