Intensive Workshop: Due Process for Parents
This one-day intensive workshop is designed for parents who are considering pursuing an educational due process. Whether you plan to represent your child or simply want a comprehensive understanding of the process, this session will provide in-depth knowledge of administrative hearings. We will cover how to identify key issues for due process, file and prepare for a hearing, navigate discovery, and understand motions and objections.
