Ensuring Accessibility & Medication Support in Schools (Thursday)

Technology is a powerful tool in education, and ensuring accessibility for all students is essential. This session will explore how assistive technology can support students with disabilities, helping them fully participate in learning. We’ll discuss available tools, adaptive resources, and how schools can integrate these solutions to enhance student success. Additionally, we will cover medication administration in schools, offering guidance on how parents can work with educators and healthcare providers to ensure their child’s medical needs are met safely and effectively. By the end of this class, parents will gain valuable insights on fostering inclusivity, advocating for essential accommodations, and equipping their child with the tools they need to thrive in the classroom.
